Oh, the fun we had yesterday, just my mom and me! We drove down near St Louis to the Scrapbooking Expo. WOW! So much stuff in one place. I'm surprised I wasn't drooling by the time we got done. I spent less than my original budget, which I am quite proud of. But mostly, more than the 'stuff' was the chance to spend a day doing something in common with my mom. We don't get together just the two of us, very often, so it was a nice treat.
Going up and down the aisles, stopping to dig thru the clearance bin-still can't believe MY MOTHER did that right along side me.HAHA! We got our free Skinny Cow ice Cream sandwiches and went to town! Gotta love any event that gives you free ice cream as you walk in the door. Funny thing was, we bought only a couple things the same. We still have very different tastes and styles(but we both liked the ice cream).
