Courtney and I spent an afternoon taking pictures of the downtown, buildings, statues, memorials, etc. Then we went home and compared what shots and angles we each had. It was just a simple, inexpensive way to spend time and actually learn a little something at the same time. I've lived here my whole life and never walked down by the courthouse to see the war memorials and such. I titled this page, Playing in Peoria, because that is basically what we were doing, just playing around. How many moms are lucky enough to get to really play with their 15yo daughters, without them worrying about you embarrassing them, etc? It was just a really great afternoon!
