We just got home from a wonderful week in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The weather was just wonderful, we couldn't have asked for better. The resort(the Grand Mayan NuervoVallarta) was gorgeous. The entrance hall is probably 3,4 stories high and lined with huge sculptures that reached the ceiling, all darkened with aztec style music--quite the knockout punch!
We had a great time and now we are back to the cold winter of Illinois, but we were both ready to come home yesterday. Just doing the normal everyday things in life can be so appreciated by spending some time away. We need to start planning for our next trip---where to next I wonder?
